Semifinalists of kids tournament “Formula of Success” determined

There were some real clashes on the courts of the “Lokosfinks” Cycle Sport Centr from the early morning on Tuesday, September 18, as young tennis players fought for a spot in the semifinals of the junior tournament “FORMULA OF SUCCESS”. Second seed Nikita Safonov defeated the young player from St. Petersburg Viktor Butenko in straight sets – 6/1, 6/1.

Nikita’s next opponent will be Mark Klopota from Khabarovsk who proved stronger than Matvey Mitroshenko from Perm – 6/2, 6/3.

Another semifinalist, Vladimir Petrov, beat local player Ilya Slopak 6/1, 6/3 and tomorrow will vie for a place in the finals with Arkady Musin, who managed to outplay the top-seed Egor Belyankin 6/3, 6/3. Tomorrow we will find out who will advance to the finals of the “FORMULA OF SUCCESS”.
