Inglot/Kontinen clinch title in doubles

The Brit Dominic Inglot and the Finn Henri Kontinen won the title of St. Petersburg Open 2016 in doubles.

Top seed duo defeated the German Andre Begemann and the Indian Leander Paes – 4:6, 6:3, 12-10. In the decisive tie-break Inglot and Kontinen took a challenge in opponents’ match point and the ball was called in. The match lasted 1 hour 19 minutes.

Kontinen won the title in St. Petersburg for the second year in a row. Last year Kontinen won with Treat Huey from Philippines.
